Viktor Khrapunov

Viktor Khrapunov (born in 1948)[1] has served as the Minister of Emergency Situations in the Government of Kazakhstan since 11 January 2007, replacing Shalbay Kulmakhanov in a political shakeup. He previously served as Governor of East Kazakhstan province.[2]
