The translated (transliteration) of the quoted Russian (Cyrillic alphabet) for his name should be Pachayev, not Patsayev. Either the Russian is wrong, or the transliteration is wrong. The letter in question is the third in the Russian spelling. Jtbagwelljr (talk) 00:17, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
