Vijay Kumar Mishrais a politician in India, Ex MP and MLA .

He is the son of Ex Railway Minister of India, Late Lalit Narayan Mishra and nephew of Former Union Cabinet minister and Ex Chief Minister of Bihar Dr Jagannath Mishra.

Currently he is the Vice President of Bhartiya Janata Party, Bihar, Vice President of Bihar civil Council, Chair man of Bihar State Housing Co operative.

He has done his BA from Bihar University.^{[citation needed]}

He is the President of "Chetna Samiti",an organization of maithili speaking people.^{[citation needed]} Maithili is an ancient Indian language which is being spoken in most of the states of North Bihar,India
