Alright. Let me be more descriptive.
To create and save your signature.
- Go to the mypreferences menu you have at the top right corner of the page.
- Under User profile tab, you will find the Signature column
- Paste your signature there and Save the page.
A sample signature : - [[User:Vijeshchandran|Vijesh]] [[User_talk:Vijeshchandran|Talk]] You can paste this and check the result.
For signing your edits
- Press the 10th button from the left of your edit menu, which holds the tool tip mark, "Your signature with timestamp"
I hope you very well understood this time. Cheers, -- Rajith Mohan (Talk to me..) 12:52, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 13:28, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
