[edit] Vijaykumar from Setteri village, Bangarupalyam mandal of Chittoor district. He was born in Setteri village on 09th july 1984. He has completed hi ssc in SVS High School of Nallangadu village and he went to Bangarupalyam GJ college to finish his Intermediate. Then he went to PVKN Govt Degree college and he has completed his graduation in "Bachlor of Commerce". After complition of Bcom he went to Dravidian University, Kuppam to study PGDIT in 21st Century Gurukulam, which was invented by Prof Raj Reddy from CMU and prof KC Reddy chairman of APSHE.
