ViewPoint is a 480ft (146m) tall skyscraper toped out in Atlanta, Georgia. It started constuction in 2006 and will have 36 floors. Preston Partnership, LLC designed the building, and Novare Group devloped it. The first 2 floors will have 50,000 square feet of retail, and it will have 400 units. It is the 18th tallest building in Atlanta.
