Victory Gardens is the debut album from John & Mary, following Mary Ramsey and John Lombardo's departures from 10,000 Maniacs. On this album, they perform most of the musical duties, along with some assistance from Robert Buck on lead guitar and mandolin; Jerome Augustyniak on drums and backing vocal; Armand John Petri on percussion; Ronnie Lane on vocals; Joey Molland on vocal and guitar; and Augie Meyers on accordion.
