Victory (Megadeth song)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Victory is the final song from Megadeth's sixth album Youthanasia, released on November 1, 1994.
The lyrics comprise entirely of other Megadeth songs, with the exception of the chorus, one Sex Pistols cover that previously appeared on So Far, So Good... So What! and a Willie Dixon cover originally on Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?.
[edit] Songs referenced in the lyrics
The riff from this song at 2:21 also appears on the song "The Prince" By Diamond Head at 3:07. This could be a tribute to Diamond Head as Dave Mustaine is a big fan of them.
