Victoria Muniz (born January 25, 1989 in Agana Heights, Guam) is an American figure skater who currently skates internationally for Puerto Rico. She is the 2005 & 2007 Puerto Rican national champion. She is a two season competitor on the Junior Grand Prix circuit. Muniz was the first skater to represent Puerto Rico at an ISU Championships, which she achieved at the 2006 World Junior Figure Skating Championships.
