Victoria Highlanders is a Canadian soccer team founded in 2008. The team will be a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and will make their debut in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference in 2009.[1]
The team will play their home games at the new West Shore Stadium to be constructed in Langford, British Columbia.[2]
The team announced their color scheme - green, blue and silver - and unveiled their logo in a press release on February 28, 2008.[3]
Former English Premier League assistant Colin Miller has been hired as head coach.
