The Victoria Cougars are a Canadian 'B' Junior ice hockey team from Victoria, British Columbia. They play in the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League (VIJHL). The team was founded in 1998.

The team has won the VIJHL playoffs three times, in 2005, 2007 and 2008, and captured the VIJHL regular season title in the 2007-08 season. The Cougars won the Cyclone Taylor Cup BC provincial Junior 'B' Championship in 2007, and finished third in 2005
