Victoria is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Tarlac, Philippines.

According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 50,930 people in 10,535 households.
The municipality of Victora is located in the Province of Tarlac, geographically located in the central part of Luzon. It lies between 1”42’ north latitude and 120º35’ and 120”45 east longitude.

It is bounded by the municipalities of Pura, Gerona, Tarlac, Lapaz and to the east by the Province of Nueva Ecija. The municipality has a total land area of 11,150 hectares, of which a large portion is used for agricultural activities.
