Victor L. Williams (born September 19, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor.
He is best known as Doug Heffernan's best friend Deacon Palmer on The King of Queens.
Victor Williams attended Midwood High School in Brooklyn, New York. Standing 6' 6" (198 cm) in height, he played power forward on the basketball team. He then went on to attend college at Binghamton University in upstate New York.
