Victor Mills

Victor Mills (1897-1997) was a chemical engineer for the Proctor and Gamble company. He is most credited to the creation of disposable diapers. Mills was born in Milford, Nebraska and died at his home in Tuscon, Arizona at the age of 100.[1]
