Victor Lucas (born February 13, 1968) is a Canadian television producer and personality, mainly known as the creator, executive producer, writer, co-host and director of the television program The Electric Playground. Together with long-time friend Tommy Tallarico, he is also the creator, executive producer, and co-host of Reviews on the Run (known in the United States as Judgment Day),.

Lucas founded Greedy Productions, which produces the aforementioned shows, as well as Lucas' newest program, The Art Of Play, one of the first video game preview shows in HD and available on the Gameplay HD network. Based in Vancouver, BC, Lucas' production company has created hundreds of hours of television for broadcasters and other corporate clients. A recent program that Victor Lucas executive produced through Greedy Productions Ltd. was 2005's Big Red One: Behind The Game for Discovery's Military Channel. Victor Lucas is also the creator and founder of the Electric Playground website at http://www.elecplay.com which has been online covering video games since 1995, making it one of the longest running video game websites. Victor Lucas and Greedy Productions Ltd. created the majority of the video segments for the Video Games Live concert tour. Victor Lucas and Tommy Tallarico also appear semi-regularly on HypaSpace Weekly as video game experts and Victor has been interviewed by several local, national and international media publications, television programs and radio shows about video games and technology. Victor Lucas has signed on to executive produce and anchor GameTap News for Turner Broadcasting's GameTap network. GameTap News will be produced for GameTap by Lucas' company, Greedy Productions, Ltd.
