Dr Victor Kwok-king Fung (Chinese:馮國經)(born 1945) is the Group Chairman of Li & Fung group of companies, also the current Chairman of the Airport Authority Hong Kong - the agency responsible for running Hong Kong's Chep Lap Kok International Airport, the Hong Kong University Council and the Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council.
Dr Fung is the Chairman of the Hong Kong-Japan Business Co-operation Committee and Co-Chair of the France-based Evian Group. He is also the Vice-Chairman of The International Chamber of Commerce (2007-2008). He was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (1991-2000)

Dr Fung's grandfather was the founding partner of Li & Fung Group in 1906. At present, Victor is the Group Chairman, his brother William is the Group Managing Director.
Dr Fung was a Professor of Finance at the Harvard Business School.
