Victor Hersey Blood (b. 1960), known by his ringname Vic Steamboat, is an American professional wrestler who competes primarily in Northeastern independent promotions and was a longtime mainstay of International World Class Championship Wrestling, World Class Championship Wrestling, Florida Championship Wrestling and the National Wrestling Alliance. A younger brother of retired wrestler Rick Steamboat, a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion and longtime veteran of WCW, he himself appeared in World Championship Wrestling for a brief time in 1996.
