Victor is a settlement in San Joaquin County, California, United States at latitude 38.14 and longitude -121.21.[1] It has a population of 293 and population density of 355.9 people per square mile.[2] The ZIP Code is 95253, and the settlement is inside area code 209.

In the state legislature Victor is located in the 14th Senate District, represented by Republican Dave Cogdill, and in the 10th Assembly District, represented by Republican Alan Nakanishi. Federally, Victor is located in California's 11th congressional district, which has a Cook PVI of R +3[3] and is represented by Democrat Jerry McNerney.
