Viceroy, South Carolina

Viceroy is a fictional city created in 1997 by Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning and Jackson Guice as an occasional backdrop for the adventures of the superhero comic book series Resurrection Man published by DC Comics.

Located in South Carolina, Viceroy was established as the Resurrection Man's birthplace and main residence prior to beginning his superhero career, and the place to which he occasionally returns to touch base with his prior life. It has been cited as the home town of the DC Universe-specific soft drink manufacturer Soder Cola, long known as a favourite beverage of other DC Universe characters, particularly in the Superman titles.
