Vicente Dias (Capeverdean Crioulo, ALUPEC or ALUPEK: also Bisenti Dias, Fogo Crioulo or Djarfogo: Visenti Dias), is a village located approximately 4 km from the island capital of Sao Filipe and west of Cova Figueira and is on Fogo in the island of Fogo, Cape Verde, it is the second highest village in Cape Verde. Bangaiera are is linked with a road linking with Mosteiros with Chã das Caldeiras as well as Cova Figueira.

The area around Vicente contains farmlands around the area with some forests and grasslands in the valley areas, the Atlantic Ocean can be west and south. The island of Brava can be seen especially during clear days.

The living standards are in the low range as well as its income, one time, there were no money until the late-20th century. The village is in the island's middle class. Many houses are built with steel reinforced concrete. Some houses are built with mud-brick and stone. Most of its population are farmers and are based in agriculture where banana plantations, pineapple and other crops are common. However, a part of the needy materials comes from the island capital, the island capital and the diaspora. But for other needs, electricity, communications and appliances are partially available in the area as well as phone lines since the mid to late-20th century. A part of the necessities also comes from the island capital.
