VicUrban

VicUrban is an agency of the Victorian Government responsible for overseeing sustainable development in Victoria, Australia. It is intended to support planning policies such as Melbourne 2030 and acts as a land developer with a 12% market share in land sales[1]. VicUrban has been involved in projects such as the Melbourne Docklands, transit-oriented development in various activity centres and housing developments around Victoria.
