Victoria Welter is a high school graduate from Monterey, California. She is currently floating around in the Ether on her decision for a career of some sorts, though she is looking into taking a few classes in the fall of 2007 at Monterey Peninsula College. In her spare time, she creates photomanipulations in Adobe Photoshop CS, walks around with her digital camera, or just sits on the computer being lazy.
