After reading this I do not believe it should be speedy deleted, or even put up for AfD for that matter (though others may disagree, in which case it should go through a full AfD). Sorry for the long overdue reply. I had put several other articles up for speedy deletion that day, and I must not have been thinking clearly when I put the template on there.
