[edit] birthplace

It says in the text he was born in Nigeria but in the infobox's place of birth is Baltimore, Maryland. Could someone fix this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.140.57.110 (talk) 00:50, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

The preponderance of evidence, including two of the biographies listed in the references, suggest that both of his parents were from Nigeria, but that Victor was born in the USA. The one article that purportedly says otherwise is no longer accessible. -- Trowbridge (talk) 02:57, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
