ViaStreaming Inc. is a Shoutcast Server Provider, as well as a Windows Media Server host. They are headquartered out of Jersey City, New Jersey where a Data Center is operated. The company was founded and opened on November 8, 2004. According to webhostingsuff.com ViaStreaming has an uptime of 99.97%.[1]. The servers operated by ViaStreaming are each connected to a 100Mbit/s port on a BGP4 network. The company has partnered with large internet bandwidth providers such as Cisco, Intel and Debian, using the AOL Bandwidth Backbone.[2]
ViaStreaming has grown to over 10,000 users, making them one of the most active audio stream hosts on the internet. Currently they offer, servers in mp3, aacplus and wma servers in USA and Europe. [3]
