The sentence:

It is quite possible that one of these second generation V series agents has been deployed against hostile forces.

says nothing. It's also quite possible that they've never been deployed; it's also quite possible they've been deployed against friendly forces. Absent any information or evidence about actual use, the reader has nothing to judge, and the statement adds nothing to the content of the article.

Also, the commentary about V-weapon developments in the USSR are misleading. The V-series (VE,VG,..VX) are western.

  • The above comments (by other people) refer to a section which I have just removed. The information on Soviet chemical weapons development seemed largely irrelevent to this article, apart from being speculative, confusing and unsourced. Jll 15:32, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
