This specific comic strip is called "Link Finally Snaps". It is #45 of a larger series called VG Cats. The image can be found at http://www.vgcats.com/archive/ and it is making fun of the The Legend of Zelda series. (More specifically, it makes fun of listening to the talkative fairy companion, Navi, that Link has during his adventures in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time) I e-mailed the artist of the strip the following question:

I have a quick question. I am a member of a site called Wikipedia. It’s a free online encyclopedia that’s open source. I was wondering if it is ok with you if I put one of your comics up on their site under the article about VG cats?? If you have any recommendations for what you'd like on the site, feel free to tell me. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VG_Cats that is the link to the article. ZeWrestler.
