Nope, looks like the talk page is empty.... Better go to Wikipedia talk:Version 1.0 Editorial Team

[edit] I might be interested in signing up here

I'll consider it later, but I'd like feedback from those who are already part of this team, and how they feel the process works.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 21:04, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi, thanks for dropping by! I'm doing a lot of the reviewing at the moment, though some others help out when they can. We are aiming for another release during 2008 containing aroung 30,000 articles. Things are going fairly slowly right now, because we're all waiting for the big new change to happen. Our plan is (in effect) to use the WikiProjects to do a lot of the review and selection process for us (using this information), and to use a bot to pull the articles out from those lists. Right now we're evaluating the output from a Selection Bot. We'd really appreciate your opinions of the rankings and formulas given, especially in subjects that you know well. Once we're happy with the output, we can get the bot to pick out the most important 20-30,000 publishable articles for us. Thanks, Walkerma (talk) 03:22, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
