I would not even know about class of Port-Du-Salut cheeses had it not been for the distribution of S.A.F.R. Port-Salut cheese.

Anyway, I love the cheese, and think this entry should elaborate more on the class of Port-Du-Salut cheese. The Port-Du-Salut entry should be merged with this one. (edit comment)
