Vertova is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 70 km northeast of Milan and about 20 km northeast of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,793 and an area of 15.8 km².[1]
The municipality of Vertova contains the frazione (subdivision) Semonte.
