Vertigo geyeri is a species of small land snail from the family Vertiginidae. It lives in marshes.

- IUCN red list - conservation dependent
- It is mentioned in Annex II of the European Union's Habitats Directive.
- British Isles (Ireland and United Kingdom) - listed in List of endangered species in the British Isles
- continental Europe:
- Austria
- Czech Republic - critically endangered (CR) [2][3]. It's Conservation status in Czech Republic in 2004-2006 is bad (U2) in report for European commission in accordance with Habitats Directive.[4]
- Denmark, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland.
