VeritOS is a free operating system currently under development. It is intended as a replacement for other common operating systems, addressing some of their perceived shortcomings while making its own improvements. The current release (as of January 2004) is version 0.0.01.

VeritOS is licensed under the VeritOS License, which intends to maintain open source while protecting the original author of the program.
