Vera Ziherman

Vera Ziherman is a female Olympic runner. She competed in the 1980 Olympics for the Soviet Union where she made it to the semi finals in the 4 X 800 relay event.

She now resides in the United States where she teaches Russian and Physical Education at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, Virginia.
