Vera Ivanovna Popkova (Russian: Вера Ивановна Попкова) (born 2 April 1943 in Chelyabinsk) is a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
Popkova trained at Burevestnik in Chelyabinsk. She earned the title Master of Sports of the USSR, International Class in 1965 and Honored Master of Sports of the USSR in 1971. She competed for the USSR in the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the bronze medal with her team mates Liudmila Zharkova-Maslakova, Galina Bukharina and Lyudmila Samotysova.
She graduated from Chelyabinsk Politechnical Institute.
