[edit] About Verdant C
My interests and areas of expertise include:
- Environmental education -- see [Managing Wholes], especially the [land restoration] section
- Practical psychological research -- real things real people can do to improve our lives. I'm especially interested in strategies, particularly the out-of-awareness strategies that are often far more important than those the person is consciously aware of.
- Editing -- I have worked professionally as a development editor. Development editors work with the overall structure and approach of a work, as contrasted with copyediting, which deals with spelling, word choice, how specific sentences and paragraphs are written, and the like. (I've done copyediting also, but am better at -- and prefer -- development editing.)
