Talk:Vernon Robinson
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There is little biographical information about this political figure unrelated to his congressional campaigns. The article sections are out of order (with "public service" covering material prior to and following the "2004" section). The entire article seems like a list of "things this controversial politician did" as opposed to an encyclopedic biography. There's room to make this entry (a) more concise and (b) more informative. This was on the page as of 20 February 2007:
==1976 Founder of the Republican Liberty Caucus== The organization called the "Republican Liberty Caucus" was first founded by Vernon Robinson and used in the 1976 gubernatorial campaign of Art Pope of North Carolina by a group of libertarians supporting his campaign.
I somehow doubt this, as the national RLC history makes no mention of him whatsoever. Also, he would have been at the Air Force Academy at this time.
