Oughtn't it be mentioned that he has Asperger's syndrome?
- The article states, "In February 2005 Smith spoke out publicly about his Asperger's syndrome, which is part of the autistic spectrum[1]." Q0 07:22, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Details on Nobel price
This article really needs lots of polishing up. I would be glad if we could mention details of his nobel price award and his publications.80.255.47.202 12:24, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Libertarianism
Why is this article linked to this? At best libertarianism would be a sideshow of his political views unconected with his work which shows the importance of institutions in the economy. If i dont recive a response i will remove the link. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.116.11.105 (talk) 21:18, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Trading Institutions
Is it redundant for the article to read that Vernon Smith is known for the combinatorial auction AND experimental economics? The combinatorial auction appears to be just one of several trading institutions that Vernon Smith and his colleagues created and/or tested in an experimental context, the first being the continuous double auction, of which no mention is made. Perhaps the article should have a section on the trading institutions designed by Smith and his colleagues. UA6 (talk) 06:55, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
