[edit] Notability
Dear Wikipedia Editor,
As someone involved in writing and publishing for over 20 years, whose work has been recommended for the Nebula and Spectrum Awards, featured in Year's Best, and translated into eight languages and who has been interviewed in the Chicago Tribune on the subject of Harry Potter, among other things: http://www.chicagotribune.com/travel/chi-040603dpallages,1,977256.story?coll=chi-homepagepromo-utl I believe I am sufficiently notable to warrant an article in Wikipedia. Thank you.

- Hello there. That is for other wikipedians to judge. WP:BIO establishes different ways of proving Wikipedia notability. In an interview feature, in example, the interview must be about the subject and not another topic. -- ReyBrujo 05:45, 29 April 2007 (UTC)

- Great, in that case please take a look at the following six interviews directly about Vera Nazarian, the subject and not another topic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vera_Nazarian#Interviews -- Vera Nazarian

- Personally I've no doubts about the notability. But as you have been told at User talk:Vera Nazarian, the article has only attracted untoward attention because of the breach of WP:COI guidelines, which strongly advise that you don't create or edit articles about yourself. - I think this article is written in a neutral point of view. It doesn't sound like an advertisement at all, which seems to be what people are afraid of when people write articles about themselves. Personally, I think it's alright, because who knows the subject better than the subject themselves? Tikallover 01:55, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

I really dont see anything biased about this page... its perfectly neutral. I say we remove the tags, theyre totally unnecessary. Italics99 21:33, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
