Ostap Veresai, the most famous Ukrainian bandurist of the 19th century, and his wife Kulyna. It was taken in 1873 during the Archeological Congress in Kiev, at which Veresai performed.
This picture first appeared in Natalie Kononenko's book Ukrainian Minstrels: And The Blind Shall Sing. It is also available on Ms. Kononenko's website. I have spoken to Ms. Kononenko, who believes that the picture is out of copyright, which seems virtually certain given its age.
