Venus DeMilo Thomas is an African American actress best known for her work as a part of Nickelodeon's Salute Your Shorts. Later in her career, she guest starred as Laura's friend K.C. on Family Matters. She also played Rashelle on Sister Sister starring the Mowry sisters.
