Venturefondet is a Norwegian venture capital government enterprise that was created before SND Invest was sold in 2003. It has no operations of its own and is managed by its board. The company is in a liquidation phase. The previous reasons for the establishment of Venturefondet are now safeguarded by new fund solutions. The company is based in Lilehammer and is owned by the Ministry of Trade and Industry. It was founded in 2000.[2]
