Venom Games

Venom Games is a video game developer based in the UK, and is a subsidiary of Take 2 Interactive.
Following the demise of Rage Software, Venom Games was founded in January 2003 in Newcastle upon Tyne by members of the development team responsible for Rocky. Take 2 acquired the developer in September 2004 for $1.295m. Since the acquisition, headcount has increased by 60%.
