Venegono Superiore is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Varese in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 km northwest of Milan and about 9 km southeast of Varese. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,809 and an area of 6.9 km².[1]

The municipality of Venegono Superiore contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Martino, Pianasca, and Piambosco.
