Veljekset Keskinen

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Veljekset Keskinen (Keskinen Brothers) is a department store in Tuuri, Töysä, Finland.

What makes the store special is its size despite its very remote location. Over 5 million customers from all over Finland and parts of Russia visit the store each year.

The store has grown from a small family business to be the second biggest department store in Finland. The store is known as a discount outlet with low prices. Recently it has been transforming to be more of a tourist attraction and a regular department store.

A landmark of Veljekset Keskinen is a huge horse shoe at the parking area, because the name of the village ("Tuuri") means "luck" in Finnish.
