Velislav Ivanov Vutsov is from Bulgaria and is a football manager.He is the son of Ivan Vutsov.

He was the manager of the following football teams : PFC Spartak Pleven, PFC Spartak Varna, Yantra Gabrovo, PFC Cherno More Varnaand Marek Dupnica. Currently,he is the manager of PFC Kaliakra Kavarna.

He is also know as big fan of Levski Sofia, and his dream is one day to be manager of Levski.^{[citation needed]}

On May 8, 2008 he was assigned as the new manager of PFC Levski Sofia seeing his dream become true.
