I see no proof that this map is anything more than a program of the Serbian Radical Party – a party close to Milosevic at times during the 1990's, but still an opposition party that was certainly not in charge of Serbia’s military/police force, let alone outside of Serbia. If there is proof that this map is anything else (or, rather, anything more), please present it here.

No need to. Šešelj and his guerilla were part of the serbian army attacking Croatia and Bosnia. This is quite enough to consider the map as part of Serbian politics. --Ante Perkovic 18:57, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
