The original source of this image is Mr Luke Duyvestyn who took these photos himself on Palm Island, Queensland, they were uploaded to YouTube (here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHPZy4AGigg) by Mr Duyvestyn's son, I User:Alec mcc e-mailed Mr Duyvestyn (original contact made through e-mailing his son) who agreed to granted permission under the GNU Free Documentation License, a copy of my e-mail and the response I received back have been sent to permissions-en AT wikimedia DOT org.

statement I received:
