"The last digit shows in which month the car has to undergo vehicle inspection". So what's for Nov and Dec? 11 and 12? And if so, given that from now on "3 letters and 2 digits are...used", this doesn't make any sense? Ori (talk) 17:55, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
