I did not download the image from a website. I took if off a video I downloaded. The copyright holder is NBC Productions and Universal Entertainment. This is to be used in the page for the TV series Las Vegas. It will repleace the current shot which is only full screen and low quality. This image should be allowed without permission because it helps promote the show for them and it is basically the same image as before, only a higher quality.
