Image talk:Vector Video Standards2.png

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

  • Shouldn't NTSC and PAL be "special" somehow as their "standard digital" (720 wide) pixel-aspects are not square (or "not as square" as the VESA-family computer display modes?).
  • Given the coloured aspect-ratio lines (assuming it is image aspect-ratio, i.e. the ratio between the physical width and height, not the pixel counts), NTSC should be on the 4x3 (red) line.

[edit] SVG

Could someone donate some time to convert this into an SVG, perhaps? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Blasterman 95 (talkcontribs) 17:06, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Template

I was also hoping to use this template to facilitate easy comparison among the different monitor resolutions. I was thinking that once it is improved, it could be put on the different article pages dealing with the various resolutions.
